What a fantastic experience! I recently bought a VW Passat from Colonial VW of Westborough and it was by far THE BEST car buying experience I ever had. From the initial interaction with Rebecca over the internet, I was able to come to an agreement on a vehicle. Though I live 1.5 hours away, it was a deal that no other VW dealer in my area could match. When I went to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pay for the vehicle, I met my salesman Pierre Saliba. He was great - taking the time to let me test drive the car along with showing me the many features of my car and making sure all my questions were answered. He was a true professional and followed through with everything he promised. Being from RI, Colonial VW agreed to deliver the vehicle to me at the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Woonsocket. On that day, Keith and Bill were right on time with a smile and many jokes. What could have been a trying experience at the Registry actually turned out to be a fun time. Keith was great showing me some additional features of the car as well. So, I only have great things to say about Colonial VW of Westborough and I would definitely purchase another car from them in the future. Thanks! More

Great Experience! I initially went to Colonial VW to have my 2011 VW Jetta serviced, but decided to explore new cars first to see what all my options were. I sat down w I initially went to Colonial VW to have my 2011 VW Jetta serviced, but decided to explore new cars first to see what all my options were. I sat down with Stephen and we discussed what would benefit me most. Jay also got involved and the two were very open, honest and transparent about the entire process. At the end of the discussion, it was decided that it might be best for me to stay in my current car and explore getting a new vehicle down the road a bit. It turns out that I had more extensive and expensive repairs than I initially thought, so the next day I revisited the conversation and in a very short period of time, I was on my way to getting in a brand new 2017 Jetta. I was helped by both Stephen and Jay and they were nothing short of exceptional. They were always quick to check in with me and always available if I had questions. Great buying experience, highly recommended. More

All around great experience! I went in looking for a newer model Passat. The new salesman Ro did a fantastic job helping me find the car I wanted. After I decided on a car Ro and I went in looking for a newer model Passat. The new salesman Ro did a fantastic job helping me find the car I wanted. After I decided on a car Ro and sales manager Jay sat down and worked out a great price with us. They seriously made the "hard part" as painless as you can imagine. The great service did not stop there. Once the car was settled on, I had time constraints due to my work schedule, and the staff did an incredible job meeting my tight availability. I showed up on the day to finish my transaction with it already registered and inspected ready to drive off the lot, with a lot of help thanks to the new finance team member Victoria. Definitely will recommend to anyone! More
