I was going to sign the paperwork for a Jetta and I asked Mike to let me test drive a Passat. WOW, what a difference, the Jetta is a nice car and solid. My oldest son has one and loves it. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I went to buy a Jetta at Colonial because they had always serviced my old Jetta purchased elsewhere. I had gotten a cool letter in the mail that directed me to a website that estimated my trade-in value and estimated payment on a 2015 Jetta. They didn't really have quite what I wanted, but Tomas Revetria was very patient and helped me find the car I really wanted and just added a couple of features. While I was there, Tomas gave me some pizza for lunch and kept getting me water while we were waiting for the financing to go through. Everyone was so friendly and always made sure you were being helped. If you went in and asked for an employee by name, they literally ran off to get them. I got the car I wanted a great price, excellent trade-in , and the financing and payments that I wanted. Buying a new car can be an incredibly nerve wracking experience, especially if you are a woman alone. I am very happy with the car I got and didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or coerced into buying something I didn't want. They are awesome!!! More
