I first spoke with Jeff Crown about pricing for monthly payments. Within 20 minutes of hanging up with him, he sent me an email with a list of different pricing options. After I chose, Connor Bayliss contacted me about when I wanted to come in to sign the paperwork. Westborough isn't very close to where I live, so my girlfriend and I took the commuter rail there and Connor actually picked us up from the station to bring us to the dealership and drove us back so that we could catch the commuter rail. We were so thankful and couldn't believe that he did that for us. He was extremely personable and was talking to us the whole time about different topics besides just the car. The finance manager, Joe, who we met with to sign the paperwork, was also really nice. A couple days after we picked up the car, Connor called to make sure that everything was going well with it. You could tell that it wasn't just a sale to him. He wanted to ensure that we were enjoying the car and that there weren't any issues. At each service visit, Bill McGrath provided accurate information, precise cost estimates of recommended service, and provided several courteous updates while I planned to wait for the work to be completed. I never had concerns that excessive work was being recommended, and on the contrary, they provided minor - out of the ordinary – “fixes” at a fraction of the expected cost. Because of the professional service that we received in the past, when it was time to purchase a new car last month, naturally we decided to speak to a Colonial sales representative. Our introductory meeting with Mike Lodowsky was very pleasant, and we formulated an immediate impression that he is committed to the product, possesses a wealth of information across the entire product line, but of equal importance, he does not come across as forceful, but instead resourceful. Far above the norm, Mike offered an overnight test drive, which was extremely beneficial to us in terms of assessing the car’s driving characteristics. During this process, we contacted other car manufacturers, as well as other Volkswagen dealers. In the end, we happily purchased a new Passat from Colonial. We credit this decision to Mike for multiple reasons: he is genuine; honest and keeps his word; he effectively kept in touch with us throughout the sales cycle, and most importantly, early on, welcomed us to the Colonial family! Jeff took the time to answer my email questions before I had even scheduled a visit. The rest of the sales team (Nick, Pierre, and Joe) answered all of my questions about the new Golf. The whole experience was zero stress and 100% informative. They also were very fair in assessing the value of my trade, which I've had serviced at this VW dealer for 10 years. More

Which is funny because some of the other dealerships advertise "We will match or beat any deal GUARANTEED". Which obviously is not true. So i drove 2 hours to buy this car and was a little skeptical they were going to change the price or add on extras or pressure me into buying extended warranties, etc. Nothing could be furthur from the truth, no pressure, large selection to choose from, great customer service, professional, 0% financing, completely and 100% thrilled with my new car! Tim Barnes could not have been better to work with and i will be back for my next car! More

I went into the dealership interested in the Golf GTI -the hatchback with gusto - and my salesperson, Rick Dolliver, reviewed the car inside and out with me, accompanied me on a test drive, and then even let me drive it to my house (about 20 miles east from the dealership) on my own to show my teen daughter the car! After a lot of negotiation, I received the full amount for my trade-in that I hoped for, and a final price for the vehicle that (given all the extra bells and whistles this car has) was really amazing! Rick gave me a tour of the dealership and the service department while the paperwork was being completed and I was very impressed with everything I saw and every person I met. I would definitely drive the 20 miles to have my car serviced there. What I really appreciated was how much all the staff at Colonial VW truly seemed to believe in their products- the cars! It felt great to be in a dealership that seemed to be totally invested in the whole consumer experience. Rick was gleeful in showing me all the car's features...this is a man who loves this car...and he was actually fun to listen to and gave me a lot of helpful tips on how to get started on my GTI experience.
