We were greeted by a friendly, enthusiastic sales professional who immediately listened to what we said about our desire to purchase a new VW for our daughter. Within minutes we had found a car we new was in our price range and we were taking a test drive. The dealership was clean, full of new cars on display and had many sales people with smiles running around helping potential customers. Our sales person was great as he talked to our daughter to make sure she was happy and understood everything about the car. We met the service team who were equally nice to us. The sales manager was great as he got us in and out of the office in record time which was so nice as usually 15 minutes means 45 - but this was really 15! We will be coming back to Colonial again in the future. More

From the Sales process to the regular service visits, I've been completely satisfied with what Colonial Volkswagen offers -- it's a remarkable team that provides incredible service. Part of owning and enjoying a vehicle is knowing that it's going to keep running the way you want it to: the Touareg is dependable, but sometimes I'm not (a few concrete-like snowbanks, for example, didn't do the car any favors). Whenever I've need something done, this team delivers and I appreciate it and would recommend this dealer and its great service team to anyone who enjoys driving a VW today or wants to consider driving one in the future.
