I walked into the dealership and walked out a short time later with exactly the car I was looking for. Mind you - they had to get it delivered from a different dealership, but I had something very specific later with exactly the car I was looking for. There are several other VW dealerships more convenient to where I live, but I don't mind driving the extra distance for friendly service. Recommend, recommend, recommend! More

There was a slight 'mix-up' (for lack of a better word) with the registration and mailing to us, but upon talking with them it was quickly rectified and the registration did end up comming in on time (if on the last of the 7 day window). Also the radio had a slight glitch with the volume (it was very picky about working) and Devin went above and beyond to get a new face on the radio to solve that after we already decided on getting the car. Colonial Volkswagen will be the first place we stop by next time we are in the market for a car. More

They were willing to work with our budget when most weren't. It was limited! Also very willing to get a car in from one of their sister dealerships and bring it to us so we did not have to drive all ov weren't. It was limited! After a thorough safety check they found some mechanical issues with our used but new to us purchase and fixed them quickly and professionally and tested everything else to be sure we were happy.
