I can't say enough nice things about David Ceruti and my experience at VW of Westborough. He was very patient and understanding to a first time new car buyer and definitely went the extra mile. The whole process from negotiating a fair price to the moment I drove the car off the lot was unexpectedly pleasant. I say unexpectedly because before this experience I was under the firm belief that all car salesman sold snake oil! Not only was the experience pleasant before transferring funds, but once the sale was complete the 'red carpet treatment' continued while we closed up a couple of loose ends. I will certainly look to David Ceruti at Colonial VW of Westborough for my next new car! More
I just moved in to the country and had a problem with all the paperwork needed and everything. Many dealerships made my life miserable. My experience at Colonial Volkswagen in Westborough was like the completion of a divine appointment. My sales rep, Michael Lodowsky greeted and treated me as though I was royalty. Michale has a welcoming, like the completion of a divine appointment. My sales rep, Michael Lodowsky greeted and treated me as though I was royalty. Michale has a welcoming, friendly demeanor that I picked up on, almost immediately. All of that helped to disarm me to a place that I could relax and be comfortable. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge and his personal excitement about Volkswagen. I was even more impressed and enriched as he shared his personal stories/experience/preferences. It registered with me that this man loves his job and truly believes in the product that he is selling. I felt like I could trust this dealership... During the course of our conversation, I was invited to take a test drive, which I accepted, but I thought that I would be directed to take a short little spin and then upon our return feel obligated and pressured to make a decision. This was not the case. During the drive, Michael took this opportunity to point out the many features of the car .. I should mention that this was in addition to everything else that he had already shown or demonstrated prior to our leaving the dealership. Today, I am driving the most beautiful 2013 Passat. But I must share with you that my signing final papers was not the end of my relationship with Colonial Volkswagen.. because they so want to ensure that everything continues to go well, they take the time to place follow-up phone calls and these calls are made by the sales rep or in my case by Michael Lodowsky. I suppose I could say lots more about Colonial Volkswagen in a way of comparison with other car dealerships that I had either stopped by or considered...but surfice it to say the treatment I received from the staff there at Colonial trumps all other attempts at winning my trust and my business. I'm blessed. More

In desperate need to replace a vehicle that we ran into the ground, we had no other inspiration to look at a VW than a pricing offer we heard about. I wasn't fully aware of my lack of enthusiasm until my d the ground, we had no other inspiration to look at a VW than a pricing offer we heard about. I wasn't fully aware of my lack of enthusiasm until my daughter later informed me that I was showing "a little 'tude" when we first entered the VW showroom. Mike never flinched when he approached us. He listened effectively. His response was supportive and appropriate. Obviously, he was anxious to make a sale but when we told him we'd never make a decision on the spot, he backed off, clearly demonstrating that he was listening, gauging us and our needs rather than unleashing a long and painful speal. As in our first meeting, Mike's timing was perfect with his follow up telephone call, later in the week. (We had just given the go ahead to our mechanic to, once again, fix old not-so-faithful.) On the phone, Mike listened carefully to our concerns, and was proactive in addressing them directly. Long story short, we are now commuting proudly and comfortably in our new Volkswagon Passat.
