I always wanted to own a European car, but after reading too many internet rumors I was concerned with the cost of ownership, and especially maintenance. After finally buying my dream car, a Golf GTI, I needed to find a reputable service department. A friend recommended Colonial VW, and I have not been disappointed. Although I only went in for an oil change, Adam, after learning that this was my first visit, not only congratulated me on my new vehicle, but while my car was being serviced, he actually took the time to explain to me additional services the dealership offers, and the service schedule that would ensure my Golf would be in its best shape for years to come. Because I bought the car used (elsewhere) he suggested that one of the shop's mechanics would go through the car to check that everything works as it should. As I drove away, I thought how pleasant the staff were, and I felt assured that I chose the right place to service my "baby". More

Bill has been servicing my 2010 CC since I bought it at Colonial. I can depend on him to let me know when it's time for tires, brakes, etc. I can schedule a car spa easily, get recall work done, same day Colonial.
