I was looking to trade two cars for one to get rid of one car payment. Brendan and Tony were incredibly patient and courteous during the process. I was in the market for a new car and tried to do as much research as possible online. I knew my price range and had narrowed down my options to a Volkswagon Jetta. The reason I did my research online is that I don't always enjoy the sales experience, especially when making a big purchase. I sent out a survey of dealerships from edmunds.com and specifically asked dealerships to contact me through email. Colonial not only responded through email, but also included a great quote of a car they had on the lot. I walked into the dealership with all my research and necessary documents which included the quote from the BDC manager at Colonial. I was introduced to Ian Thomas. Ian took the time to go over what I was looking for and more importantly listened to everything I had to say regarding trade value, payment options and financing. Ian worked with the General manager to get me a reasonable trade value and worked with the financing office to get me in the car I wanted at payment I can afford and excellent financing. I was told the car would be ready the same day, with a few extras installed and I could come back in a short couple of hours and take it home. Upon picking up the car Ian struggled to get my plates off the old car, but was persistent and got them on the new car. He took the time to go over the features of the car, presetting the radio and setting the clock. Because it was a holiday weekend and the insurance office was closed I would have to go back for the inspection sticker and registration but Ian followed through to make sure the insurance company was notified and the registration was done the following Monday. When I took the car in for the inspection sticker, they washed the car and checked for any recalls. They were courteous and polite. Even though I was early dropping off the car Bill McGrath took me in and took down all my information. My experience at Colonial has been great! More

Went in looking for a Golf TDI, diesel. The salesman, Chris, greeted me right away and was extremely courteous. No pressure just wanted to help you in selecting the right vehicle and of course at the rig Chris, greeted me right away and was extremely courteous. I went to a couple of dealerships before landing here and liked the no pressure method of selling a car. Chris was very knowledgeable about the car and VW in general. We agreed to a price quite quickly which was quite nice actual none of the “that price is below invoice” stuff. When I bought the car, Chris went over every detail of the features which really helped also since the manul was very thick and most people don’t read them unless they find something particular. I also met all the folks in the service department as well. The car was ready on time and very clean and full of diesel fuel. I would hight recommend this dealership and in particular Chris Tattrie. When i went to see Chris, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and was not the typical "pushy salesman". He sat with me and worked the numbers and got me into a new Jetta....which i love. Before i even left the lot, i was set up with a 30 day check-up. When i brought in my Jetta, Bill Fallon was there to greet me. He was friendly and explained everything they were doing, they even washed my car. I would recommend Chris, Bill and Colonial to anyone. More
I went to Colonial Volkswagen looking for a new Tiguan and walked out owning exactly what I wanted. My past experiences when buying a new vehicle have been troubling at other dealers when the deal keeps changing with every conversation as the process moves forward. That wasn't the case at Colonial. From the moment I met the salesman, Ian Thomas, to the final signing of the paperwork, everything went smoothly. Ian laid out the numbers, the sales manager Tony confirmed them and Katherine in finance had them all lined up. No surprises, no hoops to jump through and no renegotiating. When I arrived to take delivery, the vehicle was out front and ready to go. Ian was very helpful in explaining all the details of the vehicle, right down to helping set up the blue tooth and presetting the radio to my preferred stations. Colonial is top notch. I would and already have recommended this dealership to friends and family. More

This is the second time we have gone to Chris for a Volkswagon. After an exhausting search of crossovers through Ford, Chevy, BMW, Mazda, Toyota, Buick, we went back to Chris even though we live far e Volkswagon. After an exhausting search of crossovers through Ford, Chevy, BMW, Mazda, Toyota, Buick, we went back to Chris even though we live far enough we could have gone to many other VW dealers, but Chris was so great last time I bought my Golf I took the trip and went to him. We test drove the Tiguan and loved it, Chris did a great job in explaining price points, new and pre-owned, and options. Next day we drove away with our 2013 Tiguan and could not be happier. More
