Outstanding customer service and support. I took my vehicle to a closer Volkswagen dealership three times for the same issue and they never fixed it. Finally, I took it back to where I bought I took my vehicle to a closer Volkswagen dealership three times for the same issue and they never fixed it. Finally, I took it back to where I bought my vehicle from in Westborough and they handled everything. It’s always a pleasure going there and being greeted by the service staff. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. From now on, I will drive the extra distance just to have reliable service in great customer service.A+ More
Had a difficult to diagnose electrical issue in a 2001 Cabriolet. They had a little trouble at first but they kept on it to successful repair. Very disappointed experience to say the least. The online scheduling didn't work. I had to call to make an appointment/schedule my car to fix an electrical issue that is covered by warranty. I d The online scheduling didn't work. I had to call to make an appointment/schedule my car to fix an electrical issue that is covered by warranty. I dropped the car off the night before for them to troubleshoot the car. They had to order a new window/lock motor but would be back ordered. I had to call 2 times to get an update / status on the car. Rescheduled to get the new window/lock motor installed which we did (a week later). Again, dropped the car off the night before the installation. Again, no update from service on my car. Finally got a phone call very late in the day. They needed to long to troubleshoot the vehicle. I agreed but told them that I needed the vehicle by noon the next day. 11:30pm comes but no call from anyone on progress and update on the car. I called and asked for the status. I instantly got push back from the service tech. REMINDER, WE agreed to have the car ready by noon time. Upon arrival to get my car. During our conversation and scheduling to get the car checked out. I found out only "codes checks" were done by a less experience tech. Why wasn't the car looked at by more senior tech or shop foreman. I understand stuff happens and it goes both ways. As warranty fix it appears that it was not a priority. John Raymond More
