Reason for service: factory recall, testing door handle weatherization. 1. Communication was not optimal. I made an appt. to leave the car for a whole day assuming I'd be able to pick it up before the following holiday. However nobody called. I finally decided to drive to Dealership right before closure (Sales) to discover that the car was ready but nobody notified us. Needless to say that we needed the vehicle that upcoming holiday. Apparently, I was told, a lot of customer keys where left with sales manager, suggesting that many customers were not notified that they could pick up their cars. More
