The only dealership to use! My husband had a high country which he absolutely loved but it came time to "down size". He was interested in a Colorado. After looking at Colonial West's website, he found the perfect truck, never thinking he'd actually find it in the lot. It was the color he wanted and had everything that he was looking for. I took the info and sent an email to Bill asking for a general ball park figure on what it would cost and what we might get approx with a trade. Bill immediately responded and gave us a smokin deal that we'd be idiots not to grab. Within an hour we were at the dealership buying our new truck. Bill had moved the truck out front, so we spotted it before we were even in the parking lot. This is our 5th vehicle from Colonial and there's a reason for that! The service is outstanding: sales or service dept. We can't say enough about this place. It's like a big family. Very friendly and willing to help with any questions ect. What set Sean apart was his patience with us. It took us almost 2 weeks to figure out the financing and he held our baby off the list for most of that time for a modest deposit.
