My lack of being 100% thrilled with my experience was that when I called for an appt I was told 'we dont have p It was recall work - completed timely. My lack of being 100% thrilled with my experience was that when I called for an appt I was told 'we dont have parts for that recall work they need to be ordered.' I was wanting to schedule appt two weeks out so was assured the parts would be in by then. I made a note to call to check the day before - when i called i was told 'we dont have the parts we'll have to emergency order. call back tomorrow to see if we got them'. I was planning on dropping car off first thing in the AM but now had to wait and call first. It was just not a great experience. Girl on phone was not informed and not helpful or concerned that it was not convenient. I bought the car there but not sure I'll be back for service soon. Thanks More
