The damage seemed extremely slight; I asked for the repair because the car is brand new. However the cost for the repair seemed astronomical in comparison with the work needed. Also, I was surprised NOT to be given a detailed summation of the work that had been done. I received a sheet of paper with an annotated receipt for the payment via credit card and a one line statement of "repair to rear bumper." More
