We told them our financial situation without a specific car in mind and Matt went above and beyond and got us into a 2015 Optima, perfect family car that's safe, reliable and has plenty of room for all the things a baby requires as well as getting us out of a car we had a lot of negative equity in without having that negative money following up forever! These guys were great, I was apprehensive about car shopping because I've had quite a few bad experiences but I would recommend them to anyone and in fact already have to quite a few people! We dropped it off without an appo We brought our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan for a radiator repair and a couple of weeks later had an overheating issue. We dropped it off without an appointment on Saturday and got it back on Wednesday. I'm not sure how long it should have taken, but thankfully it ended up only being a bad cap and an air bubble. I understand that it needed to sit overnight to verify the bubble, so maybe the time it took was okay. There was no charge which always makes me happy. I really like the service team, they are always pleasant and I see how they try to keep the customers happy. More
