My new purchase! I am a returning customer to Columbia Ford. My 1st purchase was in 2013 of a new Ford Escape. Recently I decided I wanted to upgrade to a newer Escap I am a returning customer to Columbia Ford. My 1st purchase was in 2013 of a new Ford Escape. Recently I decided I wanted to upgrade to a newer Escape, and loving my past experiences and the excellent way I have been taking care of by Columbia Ford, there was absolutely no question that I would return to Columbia Ford. The sales dept has gone above and beyond to negotiate an affordable pricing package for me so I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. The salesman Mike Howard was very compasionate and listened to me and my request. I never felt pressured into this purchase. The entire experience was an enjoyable one and I am now loving my new 2016 Escape. More

Bought car in January.... Major problems no solution I have been having many issues with my vehicle that I purchased in JanuaryJanuary from Columbia Ford. The first time I brought it in for service for c I have been having many issues with my vehicle that I purchased in JanuaryJanuary from Columbia Ford. The first time I brought it in for service for check engine light on, jerky transmission, stuttering and clicking noise in engine they told me everything was fixed with an oil change. Brought it back in July for the same issues and this time they found a bit more wrong with the car. This was after we had to help them with their diagnosis and show them we knew a bit more about car repair then they thought. We got the car back again the first week of August after them having fixed it 100%. First week in September and the check engine light is back on again. This time I dropped it off on a Thursday and they looked at it on Tuesday. They told me the check engine light wasn't on and they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. It still has transmission slippage, backfiring and jerking. I used to think highly of Columbia Ford but will never be going there to fix any of my other vehicles or for purchasing another vehicle. They have lied to me numerous times and am extremely disappointed. More

Trust in Ford service We went to Ford for the first time in 2000 when we owned a motorhome with a Ford chassis. When we needed to change our Jeep around 2006, we bought a used Ford Freestyle, and in 2013 replaced it with a Mercury Mariner in order to accommodate Robert's electric scooter. Each time we purchased a Ford product so that your service department could take care of it. Mike and Joe are the two people we have worked with the most. Personally, we are sorry to see Mike leaving, but hope that you will replace his position with someone as pleasant and trustworthy as he was. More
