Up and Down I was in and out quickly, but the summary I received was sub par. I had an oil change and a tire rotation, but the rotation was not listed on the inv I was in and out quickly, but the summary I received was sub par. It makes me wonder what else they didn't do. More

Very Pleasant Experience I stopped in to look at new cars and ended up dealing with Aaron Guilbeault. Went for a test drive and I was sold. Went back the next day with my wife I stopped in to look at new cars and ended up dealing with Aaron Guilbeault. Went for a test drive and I was sold. 2nd purchase, 2nd good experience This is now my second purchase at Columbia Ford (both F150's ;-) . I have been impressed both times and i believe you will be pleasantly surprised by the sales and finance staff. They are courteous, patient and friendly. You would be hard pressed to find a better purchasing experience, imo. The facility is pretty great on it's own, complete with a waterfall and Koi pond (my kid loved it), living room w/ fireplace. And the food in the Cafe is very good (i recommend going for service in the AM and hanging out in the cafe for breakfast). Good segway.... Service dept staff are very polite (which is a rarity at most dealerships I've been to). The crew doing the work are fast and clean. I havent had very many service visits, yet, but the ones i have had were good experiences. I would recommend this dealership. More
