Absolutely a scam I would have to pay for brake pads after owning a vehicle I bought only 7 months ago. Scheduled service was not performed I brought my SUV in for a part to be repaired. When I was at the dealership previously for my last oil change I had the service dept provide a quote. I brought my SUV in for a part to be repaired. When I was at the dealership previously for my last oil change I had the service dept provide a quote. I had then called a few weeks later for the part to be ordered and the work to be done. I waited at my apt for the service to be done to then find out the wrong part was ordered and that I would need to reschedule. This is a disappointment as I would then have to make another appointment to bring my car in and take time off of work and the quote that I was given, which I had brought with me that day, was for the correct part but still the wrong part was ordered. The gentleman that helped was very nice. Unfortunately I don't recall his name or see his picture in the options. When I drove off I had noticed my car reeked of whoever drove or worked on it---it REEKED as if oil was left on the seat or steering wheel. I don't know if any coverings are used on the seats/wheel for protection or gloves while driving the car but the car had smelled from the service. I went for my apt on July 29th and have not heard back yet regarding the part. More

Dinning Out ! I walked into the Service area like I was walking onto a yacht . Greeted with smiles , asked how can we help you ,told I would be called with an updat I walked into the Service area like I was walking onto a yacht . Greeted with smiles , asked how can we help you ,told I would be called with an update on repairs , witch I was . The Tech surgically removed the bad parts and installed new ones as needed ! I drive far to come here ! Thank You All! More
