"Excellent Sales Staff!!!!" I recently bought a used Honda Ridgeline. I had Ben McCanless as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was able to show me all I recently bought a used Honda Ridgeline. I had Ben McCanless as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was able to show me all the maintenance records for the vehicle due to it always being serviced at this dealership. I was impressed by how quickly Ben was able to work the best deal for me. I felt he was always working to get the most for my trade-in, and the lowest price on the Ridgeline. I have worked with a lot of other salesman over the years, and most are more worried about how much commission they are going to make, instead of taking care of the customer. Brandon Kaufman in the finance office was also very nice and helpful. Ben McCanless has made me a life long Columbia Honda customer. More
