I was extremely impressed from when I first walked in the dealership to when I made my decision to purchase the Crosstrek Hybrid. My salesman John Boruk was clearly an expert, was patient answering my list of questions, and at no time made me feel pressured or rushed. I also appreciated that he was genuine and not just trying to make a sale. John did a great job as I always purchased Toyotas over the past 40 years. So happy that I converted.... I've been buying auto for nearly 60 Years, 1st. was a 65 Mustang fastback, not a pleasant experience. Never had a desirable experience until we bought our 2026 Outback Wilderness from Concordville Subaru, Nathalie listened to what we wanted and came back with a deal first time, NO multiple trips back to the sales manager, one and done. What a great dealership, they all should take lessons from Concordville. We traveled 1.5 hours to go there and it was worth. Thank you Nathalie, Heather, Gary and Keith. More

Very good service overall. Loaner car was available for me as promised. The issue my car was having was resolved and covered under warranty as expected. My one issue was initially Stuart called me and over the phone told me the issue was remediated. I came back to dealership, handed loaner back in, and drove off. Issue and error message reappeared just a few miles from dealer. I took car back to dealer and Stuart; he didn’t hesitate to check car back in, reissue me the same loaner car and worked closely with tech and service manager to get the matter solved once and for all, which it was. He took ownership to get it solved. More
