From start to finish, the experience was pleasant, no stress, and uncomplicated. John’s attention to detail up to and including the day of pickup was refreshing and a quality you don’t see often these da stress, and uncomplicated. (Before I could mention some minor oversights in the cleaning of the car he was communicating with someone to send the car back and have it done again.
