They really went above and beyond when my car broke down and had to be towed in. Melissa made sure my car was received from the tow truck and managed to arrange to have it fixed the same day and got me back and had to be towed in. I walked into Concordville Subaru thinking I was simply going to check out what they had and pricing. I was headed to the Toyota dealership next, but I didn't make it there. Bill and I talked, I told him going to check out what they had and pricing. I was headed to the Toyota dealership next, but I didn't make it there. Bill and I talked, I told him what I wanted in a SUV and within 20 minutes I was ordering my new lease. Bill did not pressure me in any way and I was happy with what I saw. Given the times it took about a month for my Forester to come in but they were great and had an awesome Rogue for me to use when my current lease was up. Great experience! More
