Completed a glowing review of my salesperson soon after purchase. However the weeks following were frustrating and the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership after purchasing a car. I was due an overp purchase. However the weeks following were frustrating and the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership after purchasing a car. I was due an overpayment refund after my trade in loan was paid off. 3 weeks after purchase and after a rude conversation with my salesperson I was told I would get a call from person who creates and send refund checks. another 3 weeks go by, no check sent and no call from dealership. When I was finally able to call during the business day I spoke with accounting who could not find my check, assumed it was mailed to me because the title for my trade-in had in fact arrived and my trade-in had been sold! The handling of this sale was so disappointing and frustrating. I voiced my frustration to accounting staff and told her I would follow up with controller. Only then did I receive another call and was told a check would be overnighted and first check voided. While I was finally getting my refund it was only due to my follow up, and the account realized they screwed up and had to fix the issue. I have still yet to receive the first check in the mail. Obviously it was never sent. Very poor customer service. More
