Went on 8/2 to see a Yukon Denali that was on their lot. Doug met us at the door and was very nice. We went for a test drive. Had a quick discussion afterwards and said we would make contact with him in Doug met us at the door and was very nice. We went for a test drive. Had a quick discussion afterwards and said we would make contact with him in a few hours. 2-3 hours later we engaged in a text conversation and negotiated on a price. He asked if we could come in to sign the paperwork but we were unable to until the next day. He said that was fine. Sent us a text saying "Congratulations". To which we responded "See you tomorrow at 12:30 PM" This was around 5 PM in the evening. At 8:01 PM Joel his manager called to say they sold the car to someone else. I do not understand the lack of professionalism how this could have happened. As a business owner myself I find this totally unethical. The strange part is that we asked if we could DocuSign the paperwork that evening and even wire the money and we were told to wait until the next day. They state they don't DocuSign yet mentioned people buy their cars sight unseen. So seems like some disconnect all around. When we questioned both Doug and Joel on the phone how this could have happened, they both blamed that its a big dealership and were unable to communicate to each other. We won't be back nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. A Shame! More
