Service is usually prompt and staff is helpful- recently had problem with sound system updates and was never made aware that it is customers responsibility to ask for updates- now I need entire sound system had problem with sound system updates and was never made aware that it is customers responsibility to ask for updates- now I need entire sound system replaced (on back order) have been driving with non functioning radio, navigation and hands free phone for three weeks now-wish I had been made aware as I bring car to this dealership at least 2-3 x’s a year.
