Fernando was a nice guy, but was not attentive to my follow up to schedule an appointment for upholstery repair and a tire pressure lift that came on as I drove off the lot. I had to reach out multiple follow up to schedule an appointment for upholstery repair and a tire pressure lift that came on as I drove off the lot. I had to reach out multiple times and in many cases did not receive a response until I called the sales desk. It just seemed like he didn’t care to deal with the additional work after the sale was made. I was very disappointed that it took over a week to schedule an appointment. If I had not followed up multiple times I would have never heard from him again. More
