I was super-impressed by Joel Morales, our sales consultant. He was friendly, courteous and trustworthy, eager to assist, and knowledgeable about all aspects of our vehicle. Took my car for oil change. They told me water pump has to be changed. I gave them the go ahead to fit it. After which they call me that my car is all set. Picked up my car, on They told me water pump has to be changed. I gave them the go ahead to fit it. After which they call me that my car is all set. Picked up my car, on my way home, oil and water licking. I called and took it back to fit. No one never called me for an updates. Now am home for three days without a care. Calling out at my job. Too bad for me. More
