I have been a customer with Conicelli Toyota for about 2 years now. I recently scheduled an appointment for my car to have an interior and exterior detailed cleaning. I was told multiple times only the pric years now. I recently scheduled an appointment for my car to have an interior and exterior detailed cleaning. I was told multiple times only the pricing and when I could drop it off and pick it up. I paid happily because I believed that they would do an excellent job. I guess I set my expectations too high. I dropped off my car around 7pm the night before and was told to pick it up the following day around 4pm. I understood that and was fine with it. I worked the following day from 6am-4pm and did inform them I’d be in around 5pmish and they were okay with that. When I arrived, my trunk was soaked with water but not cleaned nor shampooed. My ceiling still had small stains that hadn’t been touched. They did call me that morning to confirm that my car was being taken care of and when I asked to make sure that my center console and glove compartment were being cleaned because I took everything out they said that wasn’t to be done unless I asked for it. I did ask thank God but they don’t inform you before hand. Fast-forward to later on, my trunk wasn’t cleaned, my ceiling wasn’t touched because it’s a personal area which once again they do not inform you of and my center console wasn’t cleaned even though I asked for it. Out of my 4 air vents, 2 weren’t cleaned and I have no idea why. Thank God that I checked my car before leaving the premises and pointed it out, the manager had a few things fixed and I had to wait yet another 45 minutes after a long day of work. I wasn’t compensated in any way for me having to wait even after they admitted that they’re worker had “missed” a few spots and areas. I have never been so disappointed and unhappy. Surely, I will not be returning and I’m not happy to say that. It’s ridiculous to have to have to pay such a high price and my expectations weren’t even met. More

He was honest and upfront and never pressured.
