The process was stressful. We weren't a priority, we had an appointment at 1030 am to pick up my truck that was in transport (had arrived 3 days prior) and when we arrived earl We weren't a priority, we had an appointment at 1030 am to pick up my truck that was in transport (had arrived 3 days prior) and when we arrived early at 1010am the truck wasn't detailed, the sales person John was helping 2 different people besides us leaving us standing there for countless minutes. When the truck was finished being detailed, it looked as if they didn't touch anything inside, so dusty and the outside wasn't even clean. When we finally got to financing at 1pm we were not told Toyota did not offer gap financing and I was already at my max budget. Luckily the second manger came in to assist us, but I still had to go above my budget. The first manager was cocky and rude. The sales person John also blamed us being there so long for not signing documents online for a truck that I had not seen or driven. The staff also kept addressing my husband for everything when It was made clear myself, a female was buying the truck. Overall I was very stressed out and not happy with how the day went. More
My car was at Conicelli's for maintenance, a recall, and new tires. Up to my last appointment I’ve been very satisfied with the service and quality of work that I received at the Conicelli dealership in Springfield PA My appointment for an oil change was at 10 AM. I c the service and quality of work that I received at the Conicelli dealership in Springfield PA My appointment for an oil change was at 10 AM. I checked in at 9:50. I was notified by Service by text that my car was brought in for service at 11:15. I was advised by my service writer at 11:45 that my battery failed a load test and that it needed to be replaced. When I told him that the batteries been replaced a little over two years prior, he checked the records and told me it was out of warranty. when I got home, I checked and found true start battery have 84 month warranty. Honesty and integrity is all I’m asking for when I bring my car in for service. More
Making the appt took 3 phone calls in addition to setting it on you website. The first 2 callers claimed neither I nor the rav4 had ever been to Conicelli.
