Because of the recent pandemic, I was a little leary of doing my first car buying experie read the whole review. My experience was AMAZING 👏. Because of the recent pandemic, I was a little leary of doing my first car buying experience online. Once I did the application and started the process I had a person with me every step of the way. Tom took all of my initial info(kind of car, year, budget, etc.) and placed me in good hands after that. Vee was awesome! I had a trade in, with negative equity(more owed on the car than it was worth) and they worked with me. It took me three days to get the desired rate I wanted, the car prices where I needed it and Vee was great every step of the way. Rob even worked for me on his day off to get this deal done. In the end, Felicia, from finance, didn't disappoint. The paperwork and signing everything took all of 20 mins and she thoroughly explained everything for me and I understood what I was agreeing too. They took me out of a car loan that I was paying 24.5% interest on, to abrand new, 2020 Rav4, with only 20 miles on it AND a single digit interest rate. I could not have asked for a better first time car buying experience. I was there for 3 hours, so if you have something to do, I suggest you move it up or down a day to get done, if you can. However, the time was worth it to get exactly what I wanted and not have to over pay for it. Go to Connicelli Toyota of Springfield and tell them Jeff sent you!!!
