My experience with the service department with my first Camry also was a good experience; I can't remember the name of the finance man who helped me last week - he too was very good. I give this dealership 5 stars. Bill Awwad was the sales person who helped me. He was terrific, treated my sister and I ( who also bought her second Toyota at the same time. He explained the dashboard and offered to spend more time with me, should I need it. More
