Last Thursday, my car was making a It’s worth the 30-minute drive to get my car serviced here. Everyone is always polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. Last Thursday, my car was making an odd and worrisome sound on the expressway. I called and Kate managed to fit me in (without an appointment) and have my car checked so I could safely get to an appointment in the area. Everything was taken care of so easily and I was relieved that a brief repair could be done, in place of major work. The staff here are really terrific, from service, to parts, to waiting room, and check-out. More

Top Notch, all the way around! We went in to have our regular maintenance on our Camry, as well as the installation of Apple Car Play. The service work took a few hours, as the download takes quite a while to fully install. One of the employees drove us to a local restaurant so we were able to get some dinner. Then when we were finished, we just called the dealership back and a few minutes later, there they were to pick us up and bring us back! We love the new Apple car play, and we couldn't be happier with Continental! Thank you, everyone! More

I normally try to schedule with Mark Potrawski as he always provides top notch service. Rich completed my service transaction. While waiting in the lounge, I overheard many conversations between service staff and customers. There were a great majority of customers that needed their cabin and engine filter service, including me. I declined as my engine filter is a K&N I service myself. I was advised the tech recommended brake service, which I accepted. More
2015 4 Runner Service My appointment was for an oil change with synthetic oil, 21 point inspection coupon. In addition I added lubricating and re-torque prope My appointment was for an oil change with synthetic oil, 21 point inspection coupon. In addition I added lubricating and re-torque propeller shaft (per manual chart). I was informed about an air bag recall and told it would be several hours to replace and if I wanted I could wait or get a free loaner car to use and they would call me when it was finished. Part of the 21 point inspection was tire rotation and brake inspection. I said I would wait and decide if I want the rental after they checked the brakes to see it they needed work. After about 45 minutes, "Alejandro Rosales" my Service Consultant came and updated me that they started to remove the dash for the air bag and lubricated the shaft and were checking the specs for the re-torquing and he would come back with more information about the brakes. After about another 30 minutes he came back with an update about the brakes. He had a check off sheet pertaining to the check off points inside, outside, underside, tire wear, and brake wear. I said I would make a phone call and get back to him about brake and air filter. Since we bought the certified car from them I asked if they had a record if the brakes were worked on. He checked their records and the rear brakes were replaced. I said I would come back after 3 to 5000 miles and have them worked on then and the air filter. He then said he would get the paperwork done and I would be able to get the loaner. After about another 30 minutes he came back with the completed paperwork and told me he asked about the air bag and was informed they got the parts and it was fixed. I was amazed that everything was done within 2-1/2 hours. I got there at 3 pm and was out at 5:30 pm. I asked him to thanked the Mechanics for the fast service for all the requests of service made, More
