Did what was promised Sam greeted me promptly on a rainy morning and made my first visit to Continental wonderful. I explained the model of Prius that I wanted, but unfortunately it did not have all the features that I wanted. She explained that feature only was on one model and found it for me. She walked my wife and I through the features that were most important to me. When the car arrived she walked us through even more of the safety features. An excellent experience. More
worth the drive from Indy for this deal. we were looking for a 2017 Camry XLE. The inventory was depleted due to the rebate Toyota was offering. I was in touch with a Toyota dealer authorized to give the COSTCO discount. The manager didn't seem to be following up on trading with another dealer to bring in the car I was interested in. After two weeks of waiting for him I decided to contact Continental Toyota directly. I worked with Andrea on the phone. She was helpful, pleasant to talk with and knows her business. She quoted me a price on the car which was about $1500. less than the local Indy dealer was quoting me with the Costco discount. Andrea put me in touch with Al P. , my salesman . Very nice man and eager to answer any questions I had. We drove from Indianapolis to Hodgkins Il to pick up the car. Al went over everything with me ,and took his time explaining the car . It was worth the drive for the savings and working with professional nice people. More

Smooth as silk To begin with I wasn't "attacked" by sales people. When I was ready I asked for help and Ian Goldberg was at my service. I do a lot of research (maybe too much) before I buy anything especially an automobile. So when I came in I knew exactly what I wanted. I also knew the pricing therefore I had a set amount I was willing to pay. Of course Ian needs to make a commission and the dealership has to make money too. I left explaining that I had to talk to my husband, this Highlander was for him to drive, not me. But before doing that I stopped at another Toyota dealer in the same town I live. Although they gave a decent price on a different vehicle, Continental had the exact vehicle I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. My local dealer wasn't willing to obtain the one I wanted I think because they weren't willing to sell the car for the price Continental gave me. My husband and I agreed to stay with Continental, not only because of the price, but the way I was treated. My daughter just purchased a car from Continental Honda, same owner, and we had the same great, stress-free experience there too. Although Continental is 18 miles from home and the other Toyota dealership is about 3 miles away, I'll drive the distance to deal with Continental Toyota, or any Continental dealership. More
