New car purchase My wife and I were looking to buy a new car to replace our 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. We asked for Ed Doerge because He sold a 2015 Toyota Highlander to our Daughter and Son-in -law about 2 months ago and they got a good deal from him so we came in to talk to Ed. He gave us a good deal on a new 2017 Rav4 LE and a fair trade-in for our Pontiac. We bought the RAV4 on April 22 2017 and we are very happy with the car. This is the first car not made by GM that I have ever owned I will recommend your dealership and Ed to anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota keep up the good work that you are .This will probably not be the last Toyota that we will own. Andrea got the ball rolling and if it weren't for her professional/polite demeanor, friendly delivery of the precise information I needed, I can say with certainty that I would not have made the drive over yesterday afternoon. She was fabulous and a tremendous asset to the dealership. Then, Mickey did a fabulous job executing the deal, including getting a very fair evaluation of my 2013 Highlander completed within record time. Great Experience I had an amazing experience with Toyota for the 2nd time around. I leased a 2015 Camry and had to have my mom co-sign the first time. After a test drive and a very detailed overview of the car, we informed him that we were also looking into other dealer ships. He never pressured us and only wished us luck. After going to 3 other dealerships we came back. Jim was happy to see us and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the decision we were going to make. He was with us through every step of the purchase. Sadi, was just as helpful and friendly, he went over all the options we had and answered all the questions we had. He explained everything about the car, an important step(s) given we had only driven gas vehicles in the past. He stayed with us throughout the whole process to insure the vehicle we purchased was in top shape. And when we expressed a desire to have the car's key fob open all doors when the open button is pressed (factory setting is to only open the driver's door), he made sure that was addressed too before we left the car lot. All in all, the most satisfying car purchasing experience my wife and I have ever experienced. More
