Jim Francis was great, very friendly and helpful. Vey professionally he explained me all the details of ordering and buying a new car. After almost six month of waiting I got my ordered car Toyota P Vey professionally he explained me all the details of ordering and buying a new car. After almost six month of waiting I got my ordered car Toyota Prius Prime. It is the best car when gas prices are so high. With charging I made 1200 miles on a tank ( 10 gallons). I would recommend Jim Francis as a consultant to everyone . Thank you. More

I had inquired about a new car online and was greeted by Jennifer. She made it easy to set up an appointment where I worked with Gene to get rolling on the car. Made a deposit the day I went in and was told I'd get a call when it showed up. A month later I got the call, went in, and left with the car the same day. Domenic made quick work of all the finances and answered all the questions I had regarding the warranties and such. Overall best dealer experience I've had and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car. More

Abigail responded promptly to my inquiry online, and prefilled my information to expedite the visit. Bo was very cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. We test drove two vehicles and he answered all the questions we had. The purchase went smoothly with the professional help of them and the financial department. The car was fantastic with fully loaded features we want, and the price was reasonable. Bo also helped us get an additional key with a local locksmith at less than half of the price the manufacturer asks. More
