My 3-year lease came to an end I was over my miles and I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Dave was my salesman and he went above and beyond to help me purchase my vehicle with zero down, he was able to give wanted to purchase the vehicle. Process was simple and easy these guys are the best over here. What an excellent experience. We were immediately greeted by Jim Francis and within a few minutes he offered to show us a vehicle that we were interested in. Throughout the test drive, the discussion after at his desk, and having our trade in evaluated; we were very impressed on how profession the entire process was. Jim has a very friendly and welcoming manor about him. The Financial Manager, Mark Doerge, really excelled at explaining the financial terms of our purchase in a way that was easy to understand. He listened to our concerns and also took the time to find the best rate. The only thing we would recommend to improve is if the dealership would offer the option of using Zelle for the down payment.
