Sales Team is Horrible Went to them for a possible trade in spoke with the sales rep can't remember his name but this man ran my credit through 10 different banks (10 hard h Went to them for a possible trade in spoke with the sales rep can't remember his name but this man ran my credit through 10 different banks (10 hard hits) without my approval. It has always been my experience that the sales rep asked you each time before they run your credit. This sales rep had no regard for me or my credit. My credit score dropped 71 points due to this. When I asked for a call back from the general manager it never happened. My son and his wife both were in the market to purchase new cars. I told them do not go that way. They both purchased else where. I will continue to tell people to run away from Conyers Nissan Sales. It was totally inconsiderate and definitely not customer friendly to do such a thing especially when they know better than anyone how it will effect your credit score. Service Conyers Nissan dealership deserves a ZERO stars. YOU ARE TREATED AS A NUMBER AND NOT A CUSTOMER.Their service department is terrible. I have taken m Conyers Nissan dealership deserves a ZERO stars. YOU ARE TREATED AS A NUMBER AND NOT A CUSTOMER.Their service department is terrible. I have taken my car to be serviced here before, every time it's a three hour wait time no matter what the service is. I recently took my car in to have my transmission fluid changed. I had no problems with my vehicle before I brought it in for this service. 14 days after the service my transmission started slipping. I brought the car back in. They stayed that my transmission had gone bad. I asked how could the transmission have gone bad in 14 days. I spoke with the General Manager and he told me that it's nothing that they can do and they did not make my transmission go bad.. The Service here is TERRIBLE.. THEY SHOULD UNDERDTAND THAT WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THEY WILL NOT STAY IN BUSINESS.. More
