I just wanted to take the time to thank you for your exceptional customer service, your generosity and most importantly- thank you for making my experience at Conyers Nissan a great one this time around (2018 Armada). In addition to my last experience in 2011 with Mr. Minyard (2012 Altima). My previous experiences with E. Simmons in 2009 was very dreadful (2005 & 2009 Altima) and I swore I wouldn’t buy another vehicle from Conyers Nissan but you all exceeded my expectations and made my 34th Birthday a memorable day. I needed to know early what you gave me for the Rogue. I did not find out until I sat down with the Finance person. A little more clarity would have helped. Then there is the thing with the Extended Wau I did not find out until I sat down with the Finance person. A little more clarity would have helped. Then there is the thing with the Extended Wauranty-not good either. Can you believe that the mileage wauranty on the Rogue -a used car was better than what it Is on Kicks-a new car *Not Good. Great Experience I was on the way and called Nissan to let Bj know I was 10 minutes out. He said come on in and as soon as I got there he took me in his office. I told I was on the way and called Nissan to let Bj know I was 10 minutes out. He said come on in and as soon as I got there he took me in his office. I told him the amount I had to put down. After negotiating, he came back with a 2017 Nissan Sentra. It was hard for him to negotiate my down payment, but in the end he did it for me. I left with a car and not only did he help me, but last year he sold my sister a brand new Nissan Versa. Thank you for everything Bj. More
