I got a car 6/17, They needed the remaining information 6/21 to "finalize the deal", get my paperwork. I make it back & it was a set up to get my car back saying the bank couldn't finance me. Which is Ludacris, because how did I leave off the lot in the first place. I feel bamboozled & blindsided. Not even a care about how I would or was able to get home. They took the car but Didn't money back the same time they got the key to the car. I'm at a lost for words, bad customer service! More
