Great Place to buy a car. Coon Rapids Chrysler is a great place to buy and service a vehicle. I'm in there for oil changes every month as I put on many miles on my vehicle. A nice purchasing experience. My wife and I purchased 2013 Town and Country from this dealer. We knew what kind of van we wanted and had been in contact with Carolyn Hagen over th My wife and I purchased 2013 Town and Country from this dealer. We knew what kind of van we wanted and had been in contact with Carolyn Hagen over the phone a couple of times before coming in. Carolyn was a wonderful salesperson to work with. By the time we decided to move forward on a car, we felt like we were buying a car from a friend. The van we purchased needed to have some detailing before we drove it home. Carolyn set us up with a loaner car, which we kept for about a week. Even though this was a little bit of a hassle, it was no problem. Carolyn gave us the play by play as the car was getting finished till it was ready to be picked up. When we were finalizing everything with Drew, also a great person, Carolyn entertained our kids and kept them company. I have yet to experience much from other departments in the dealership, but I can say that I had a pleasant purchasing experience and will talk to Carolyn on our next vehicle. More
