Madison is the perfect salesperson, she cares for her employer, but seems to care more for her customers. Over the last few years we consider Madison to be our friend. We’ve purchased 1 CRV Touring and 2 CRV EXL’s from her (actually leased). Service Department is kind, but extremely slow. I have to give honorable mention to Junior who on 2 occasions got things done for me quickly in an emergency situation (my husband is on oxygen and portal oxygen is very limited) he understood and what time he promised was right on. I wrote a text to the service rep the NEXT DAY who didn’t respond with, “bring it right back and we’ll fix it!” I the. Wrote the assistant manager 2 emails yesterday at 9am and 12pm. I am still waiting for a response as of today, Friday, and the car was serviced on MONDAY!! This is yesterday’s email at 9:18 am: Hello Christian. I hope this email finds you well. I spoke to you on Monday, 8/19/24 after I was there from 7am-1pm with my son’s 2017 Honda Civic. I was asking you what I can do in the future to make a 7am appointment go more smoothly and work begin when car arrives at 7am for 7am appointment before things get backed up (similar to Doctor’s office, lol.) Each time I came, the cars were not “in service” u til 9:30 and later. Besides the A/C that was covered by Honda warranty, I also spent close to $500 on 2 filters and front brakes. I also spent over $1000 on my Honda 2011 CRV on 7/31/24 and was there from 7am-12:30 pm for an oil change. My son’s car came in with no problems with brake/tail lights yet after giving the car back to me, the right side of taillights are out. This was missed by technicians. I don’t believe in coincidences and I think that Technician Vega either forgot to reconnect wires or sensors or fuses (whatever….) I’d like to bring the car in tomorrow at 7am to have him fix it at no cost given the fact that I was there 6 hours and car was released to me with right tail lights not functioning yet I brought it in functioning. I trust Honda service and have gotten all my 3 Honda cars serviced exclusively at Honda since 2002. I left Holman Honda after 17 years during Covid to make the drive to Coral Springs as I felt you were more equipped to handle the pandemic, but the past 2 visits have taken 5 1/2 & 6+ hours respectively for 7am appointments. It is a hassle for me as in live in FTL and my son lives in Davie and spends 12 hour shifts in hospital rotations at Joe DiMaggio. Please let me know what is best time and date to come in and out before business to resolve this as expeditiously as possible. Thanks for your time and I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
