The Lady's Car Store I was looking to trade and purchase a used car. Everyone I encountered at Cornerstone was attentive and listened to what I wanted and did not try to I was looking to trade and purchase a used car. Everyone I encountered at Cornerstone was attentive and listened to what I wanted and did not try to over sell me a vehicle I was not interested in. I first contacted Josh Sims via the Internet when I was online searching and he was informative and always got back to me immediately. I received a fair trade in offer on my vehicle and Pete made sure I had the financing option that met my purchasing goals. I would highly recommend ladies skeptical about buying cars on their own to feel good about being treated honestly and fairly at Cornerstone Ford! You will not be pressured or taken for a ride unless it is a test drive. Once I purchased, Josh explained all the features and made sure they all worked to make sure I didn't leave without a good understand. Now that is customer service excellence. More

Apprehension to Trust When I first entered the dealership, and was referred to a salesman, I was really not sure what I was getting myself into. However, my salesman, John When I first entered the dealership, and was referred to a salesman, I was really not sure what I was getting myself into. However, my salesman, John Hendrickson, did a great job of putting me at ease. In fact, at times I thought he was moving to slow to make a sale. But he wasn't. He took his time by letting me ask questions, and made sure that I comprehended everything that he was saying to me. He made me feel comfortable, even though I knew that I would be dropping a large sum of money for a good used car. By the time we were done with the sale, I was quite comfortable to know that he cared for me as a customer and as an individual. I have recommended this dealership to others, and also salesman John. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership, and I would hope to get John again. More

It was great! I checked on line at auto trader found four ford escapes. Then I called them. Roger Johnson is who I talked to. He is very nice. Told me the hours. I said I would probably be in to see the cars on Friday. It didn't sound like he is in on Friday. I called and said I would be there at 9 in the morning. He said he would be there! He is so nice very professional! He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape. I test drove the 2014 Ford Escape I loved it!!! I traded in my vechile got a good price for my 2007 taboo. Then I payed cash for my new Ford Escape. Roger Johnson is a very good salesman!!!! I would highly recommend him! More

The sales rep Deb Peterson did an outstanding job in quickly locating a car that met our desires, got it to the dealership in only 2 days, and we closed the deal the day it arrived. We also wanted to have some custom seats installed - and Duane Fletcher did an outstanding and thorough job in helping us design the look we wanted...we are scheduled for installation just 4 days after purchasing the car.... great job - great friendly people, and I would definitely by my next car from them. He was the kindest and most hard-working dealer I've ever met in my life. He worked hard to get me into my vehicle and was polite with any question I had, he worked late into the night if needed or came early in the morning. Another best part was when ever I would contact him on the phone for any questions I had, he was extremely fast to get back to me. The car selection here is wonderful along with the prices! Pushed It Through!!! Rocky Foster is competent, honest, and makes things happen. I just finished bankruptcy and so my credit score was very low; nevertheless, I walked out Rocky Foster is competent, honest, and makes things happen. I just finished bankruptcy and so my credit score was very low; nevertheless, I walked out today with a nice vehicle for a good price. For someone in my position, I was extremely lucky to have walked into Cornerstone Auto today. So far so good--what happens from this point on has more to do with me and my responsibilities with the vehicle and sound financial choices I make than with Cornerstone Auto. They did their part today by helping me get a vehicle. Now I have to do my part in keeping the vehicle!!! I have nothing but good feelings about my car-buying experience today!!! More
