I purchased a new Ram RHO from Cortese a few weeks ago. This was a vehicle which I had put a deposit on back in August and I waited for it’s delivery. When it arrived I was told that the vehicle went throu This was a vehicle which I had put a deposit on back in August and I waited for it’s delivery. When it arrived I was told that the vehicle went through a dealership inspection to make sure it is in working order ans undamaged from shipping, but a few days after buying I noticed body damage on the top of a door which requires a paint job and to clear coat the whole door, which is obviously not something that I want on a new vehicle costing over 90K. I brought this to the dealership with proof that it was damaged on the transport truck and they said that they will fix the damage. I told them that I expect a discount on the vehicle, or to get me a replacement because I do not wish to have a new car with prior damage that was undisclosed to me prior to purchase. I have called multiple times and was told by the manager that the owner will contact me but I have yet to hear back from them and it’s been over 10 days. It is disappointing to be blown off by the manager. It’s like they do not care about the customer after they make the sale. More

I had the car in for inspection and oil and filter plus I added the flushing of the coolant. I had to wait extra time so that there were no bubbles in the line. I just had the car back in for a rattling no added the flushing of the coolant. I had to wait extra time so that there were no bubbles in the line. I just had the car back in for a rattling noise and the service person noticed the coolant fluid was low. They did top off the fluid but I normally don’t check the coolant fluid. If I had not gone in for service what would have happened to my car. Just disappointed that with the extra time I sat there originally the service was not done properly. More
