Customer for life I was really reluctant on attempting what I thought would be the impossible. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport from a local competitor in Novembe I was really reluctant on attempting what I thought would be the impossible. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport from a local competitor in November 2019. Of course when you buy a new car , they sit you down and go over some features you are looking for. I was caught in the glam of the new car that after I signed the paper work I failed horribly on assuming things like an Auto-Lock Feature would be in this vehicle. I drove it for a little bit and was annoyed how important that Auto Locks to me were and how it conflicted with my every day activities. In Feb I had enough , I decided I was going to take a huge loss and just trade it in for a used model. I heard a lot about Cortese and how everyone loved them . I was still beside myself with the amazing deal (not) I just sank myself into. I decided to give it a shot when I looked at a 2019 Jeep that was brand new so I clicked on the link just to look at it. Wow .. It was a huge difference . Its amazing the changes from the Sport model that I owned and the Sport S that Cortese was selling. I looked at the photos and thought to myself , This Jeep not only has Auto locks , but it also has other things like Heating Package with Steering wheel and seats. I let it go and dreamed how cool it would be to have something like this and how I hated myself the for the poor choice I made in November with buying my first New Dream Car. Yes. I don't get out much , I wanted 40 years to get a new Jeep. Next Morning I woke up and was heading to work where I received a phone call from Jill from Cortese who made me feel a little better in taking my side of why I was shopping around. She felt it best to make an appointment just to see what Cortese could do. Of course my guards were up , I mean can you blame me ? I came in on time at my appointment , I was greeted immediately by John Cortese, he was really understanding and seemed authentic on getting me a deal where I did not have to break the bank and pay harshly for the previous mistake I made. He came back with a deal so unreal , I bailed. I was trying to connect the dots on the drive home asking questions like how can they make a profit ? That deal is insane.. its too good to be true. I apologized to John for taking up his time then walked out the door without even taking a test drive in the car we talked about. On the drive home I got a call from Rooo Muffoletto ( Roco) who took some time to understand why I bailed and really broke it down that of course they have to make a few bucks , but they were mostly into it because they wanted my business. Wait ... Hold up. Never was I ever told this at any dealership in my life. I mean I always bought used cars and getting shady deals where I would always loose at the end. The interest rate I was able to get with Chris Dunkleberger was more than just competitive, it was Amazing. I looked at my old paper work from the competitor , and the new deal with Cortese . I would be a fool If I did not take this offer up. I called Roco the next day , asked if the deal was still on the table. He made me feel assured that there was no rush . I asked to take a test drive in the Jeep we talked about with John and it was very smooth from that point forward. My faith was not only restored in dealerships but the time and effort at Cortese just seemed to win me over. In life you sometimes can forget a name of who helped you but I assure you in life you will never forget the way you felt. With Cortese , I was treated without judgement , I was not crazy for trading in a brand new Jeep I just bought in November. They just wanted me happy. How only was a happy , I was simply blown away . This 2019 Model was also New with like 3 miles. It came with Heated Seats , Steering , Auto Defrost Windows, Auto Start, Auto Windows , Alarm , Auto lights and tinted windows in the back . I got much more and I am thrilled on my New Jeep . Cortese has simply won me for life and I wanted to share this review with ALL because Cortese gets the idea that we all are different and come from different walks of life. Thank you for everything.
