I made an appointment for a safety recall, brought my car in 3 hours early just to have them call me (after I had texted them) at 5pm to say that my vehicle was not even looked at and they could get it done in 3 hours early just to have them call me (after I had texted them) at 5pm to say that my vehicle was not even looked at and they could get it done the next day....
