The sales team needs to realize we are not all about "closing the deal". I could care less if I buy a car today or tomorrow. The sales team on line was fantastic (Renee was never pushy but just left gentle reminders). Once I was dealing with a live person, the gentle nudges became more of a shove. I work two jobs and don't have time to take off to go deal with the car purchase - I will get to it in my own time. Plus somehow, we were told that the Ford Focus has a terrible resale value and then my daughter ends up with one (not the car she was initially shown). I was not there when she picked up her car so I don't know what happened there. Second, I had my daughter's title and did not have it with me that day so the salesman had your dealership apply for a new one. I had to explain to him that $20.00 to a single mother meant three meals on the table to her toddler and he could just wait one more day. To hear someone say "it's only $20" has obviously never been hungry or gone hungry to fee their child. I get the business you are in is to make money but many of us are just getting by as it is. More

Excellent dealership that takes care of you Recently moved from out of state and needed a newer vehicle after having my old van looked at and the repairs being too much. Hector shuttled me from work back to the dealership and after I told him my issues with the van and afraid to get a new car, he told me how great Cortese is to their customers and walked me in and got a salesman to help me. Hecor is fantastic and so professional & kind! I then worked with Dylan who was great in listening and making sure my needs were met. Then there's Dave in finance who totally went out of his way to get us a great deal that worked perfect for us! Amazing man & great at what he does!! He & Dylan truly helped us out and got us exactly what we wanted and more. After the purchase, there were a couple minor issues needing attention that they took care of immediately. Even the owners daughter, Samantha, called me and made sure all was taken care of and that I had a good experience.
