Gave the number in the letter a call and spoke with Laurie Spinosa. She was very helpful and scheduled an appointment with Sam Cubiotti for that same week. Initially, I didn't plan on buying anything but after test driving a few vehicles, we went over some numbers to see what I could afford , I was a little more curious. Test drove a few vehicles I liked but couldn't afford. So Sam suggested the Jeep Patriot and really liked it. He worked with the Sales manager and helped me get a payment that was cheaper than the Jeep I was currently driving! An offer I couldn't refuse. Made an appointment to take care of all the paper work the following day. Worked with Josh Jenny a finance manager and he was very considerate of the limited time I had and we were able to get it all of it taken care of. Great experience and would recommend Cortese. More

Fantastic experience buying my dream car online from Cortese I had been searching for some time for my dream sports car and had hoped to find it somewhere close to where I live in the Southeast. So as someone l I had been searching for some time for my dream sports car and had hoped to find it somewhere close to where I live in the Southeast. So as someone living in another state outside New York, I have to admit, I was very hesitant to purchase ANY vehicle online, much less an older model exotic car. I mean, I wouldn't even have the ability to test drive or even touch before committing to a purchase. With that, I came across a 2001 Dodge Viper on the Cortese Auto Block website. As I stated before, I had been looking locally and simply couldn't find anything to meet my very particular needs. However, this particular Viper caught my eye as it was being offered at a very reasonable price with very limited miles (16k) and appeared to be in very good condition from pictures. Still skeptical, I dug a bit further and immediately saw the transparency of Cortese by offering the online free one-owner CarFax and detailed service history. Still on a mission to do my due diligence, I took it a step further and researched Cortese on BBB and saw A+ ratings across the board for all the auto block dealerships. This gave me reassurance enough to at least inquire about the vehicle. Still apprehensive. I was immediately greeted with an email response thanking me for my inquiry and a follow-up phone call from the Cortese staff saying I would be working directly with John Cortese himself. This certainly another added level of comfort, enough in fact, to go ahead and pursue a possible purchase. My experience working with John was fantastic as he and his team met every demand I requested from reaching out to the previous owner and getting all additional service records, to ensuring I had the soft top, spare tire, etc. They further accommodated me by taking special request photos I made of the vehicle's undercarriage for signs of rust. Before I could mention the heavy tread wear I spotted on the website photos of the vehicle's tires, John had already proactively replaced the two rear tires. He even went above by insisting to arrange shipping in an enclosed (rather than open) trailer at no additional cost. He even coordinated sending me the hard top stand for the car separately. I received the paperwork/contract, and even the vehicle itself, much sooner than I ever expected and in mint condition! Drove the vehicle for the first time and had it inspected. All great condition. Kudos to John Cortese and the Cortese Auto Block staff for going above and beyond and making my dream car purchase smooth and easy. Would recommend highly. More
