The dealership is fine, customer service in the service area is excellent. The low rating comes from all the pressure to fill out these reviews. Emails, text messages, it’s unrelenting. I had a serious problem with my Grand Wagoneer and was stranded 6:30 pm at my Granddaughter’s schoo parking lot while attending her soccer game. I called Cortese, my dealership and they immediately sent m stranded 6:30 pm at my Granddaughter’s schoo parking lot while attending her soccer game. I called Cortese, my dealership and they immediately sent me a Grand Wagoneer to drive until my SUV is fixed and sent a tow truck to pick up my disabled SUV. They were a life saver. We love doing business with them. More
