My experience with Service Department was great. I am not happy with the corporation. Apparently I purchased a 3 oil change from the corporation and only received 2 oil changes. The good news is the truck got fixed the bad news is that it took 2X as long as estimated and a minimum of $330 worth of items were stolen out of my truck well it was there. Some of the stolen items even required tool to remove them from the truck. Also my warranty is to cover a rental/loaner vehicle, I was told none were available but that they would keep a look out for one over 8 days pasted with nothing offered. More
