**Update - I was contacted finally to get my radio system looked at. The update I paid for did not fix the problem. I was advised that I need to replace it and it was not cheap. I appreciate the effort but t looked at. The update I paid for did not fix the problem. I was advised that I need to replace it and it was not cheap. I appreciate the effort but the charges for it is outrageous. $912.00 to replace my radio I don’t think labor is included. I suggest a smaller mom and pops garage can probably do the job cheaper. I am a little disappointed with that. Oh well Rob was very helpful, communicative and detailed with his work. I would like to give 5 star however my Uconnect is still not fixed. I been trying to reach someone to reschedule but no response. Can someone contact me back? More

This was my first trip into the Service Dept. I was treated with respect and a big smile. The problem is somewhat elusive but they did a extensive search to find the correct solution. The check - I was treated with respect and a big smile. The problem is somewhat elusive but they did a extensive search to find the correct solution. The check - in and check out was quick and painless plus the machine was just as clean inside as when I dropped it off. That was always a sore spot with a competitive brand, big name, local dealership that I purchased from in the past. They have my full trust the machine will be repaired 110 % as this Dealership has a long-standing history of satisfaction in Rochester. More

The service is nonexistent. The prices are 3x other local dealers. The communication from parts and service team members was atrocious. I waited a week to get the car in and The prices are 3x other local dealers. The communication from parts and service team members was atrocious. I waited a week to get the car in and another 9 days with no parts and no ETA in sight. I called another Mitsubishi dealer who had the part and got the car in the next day and repaired for almost the same price as just the diagnostics at Cortese. Don’t buy a car here and don’t bother trying to get your car serviced here. Save your frustration, time and money! More
