I’ve been in the industry for 30 years, with the last 15 as a fleet manager in both Massachusetts and New York, and this Ford commercial service department is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt wit as a fleet manager in both Massachusetts and New York, and this Ford commercial service department is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of communication, efficiency, and respect for time is unbelievable. I’ve asked repeatedly for invoices and status updates to be sent to my email, yet here we are on our third fleet vehicle in two months and I still haven’t received a single invoice. You’d think three vehicles in two months wouldn’t be too bad — but the reality is two of them have been sitting there since June, and it’s now September, before anyone even looked at them. Two of my vehicles sat there for over two months without so much as a diagnosis. To make matters worse, I scheduled an appointment for a vehicle on a Tuesday. By Friday at noon, when I called for an update, it hadn’t even been diagnosed. Why bother setting appointments if vehicles just sit untouched? This is beyond frustrating, and it shows a complete disregard for businesses that rely on their fleets to operate. In all my years in this industry, this is hands-down the worst service department I’ve ever encountered. I strongly advise other fleet managers and business owners to look elsewhere. More
When U have your car serviced it is a long term investment that is a necessity these days . Even tho I had only an oil change with tire rotation, I know when I leave Cortese Ford my car will continue to give me reliable transportation until I have to go in the next time. I could never think of going anywhere else for I am very satisfied with the quality & service I have received for each Ford I have driven. More

I was well taken care of ,I purchased a Ford edge and I love it. My sales guy Massimo Notarpasquale was really good to me ,he went above and behind to make sure I was happy. I have bought 2 Mercury and 7 Lincolns over the years. Wayne has been one of the best people I’ve ever dealt with at Cortese. But my last two experiences have caused me to say Corti has come to an end for me. I’ve had two bad experiences with one of the tec. Few months back I had a window problem and it needed a new relay installed. I paid for the relay. They said it would be in in a few days, 4 weeks later I called to find out if the part ever came in. Lo and behold, an hour later I get a call saying it just came in. This last time I had an engine light come on. I know what the problem was but they went ahead and did diagnostics and then told me I needed a new battery which was gonna cost almost $400. I said I could get a cheaper one that was better And the backwoods female tech tells me that I’ll have to have another diagnostic done for another $200+ before the work is done for the engine light. Sorry to say but I think Cortese is going down on there service anymore. My days of giving my money to Cortese has come to and end. A lot better places out there with better service. I’ve dealt with John Cortese directly a couple times and he is a very pleasant and nice person to talk with. Going to miss most people, but not the one that I dealt with the last few times. She needs to learn how to deal with people with a smile once in a while or better yet get another job. More
I was made to feel like I was wasting people’s time there. Headphones were broken and I was told they will not fix or replace them. Salesman was nice but his hands are clearly tied.
