Your service department lied to me and told me the transmission wasn't covered under my vehicle's extended warranty plan. I believe this was done in an attempt to get me to pay cash for the replaceme transmission wasn't covered under my vehicle's extended warranty plan. I believe this was done in an attempt to get me to pay cash for the replacement instead of the set amount that comes from a warranty service plan. I believe the service department also falsified statements to me, saying that they had never dealt with the continued Service plan provided in the link directly from the Ford website. I understand that this may be a 3rd party, but this is still a Ford product. I verified this by calling the warranty company and going through the Ford website. I also think your service department put me behind customers who were paying cash, and as a result, I ended up waiting over a month to get my truck back. This is not the first issue I have had with your service dept. But it is the last. I will never set foot in a Cortese dealership again. More

I found that my truck was leaking oil from somewhere. I immediately called Cortese and they had me bring the Truck in right away without an appointment. I had to leave it unsure when I might get it back. I immediately called Cortese and they had me bring the Truck in right away without an appointment. Because it was leaking oil they decided to pin point the leak and fix it right away. That’s what I call excellent service. Kudos to Zach, Scott and the mechanic that worked on it. More
